Summer 2023 Travels

Hong Kong. Singapore. Korea.

This summer was the first time I’ve been home, in Hong Kong, since leaving for college two years ago. While in Asia, I had the joy of swimming with old teammates, and the pleasure of training and racing in new places with new faces. In June, I picked up a few best times while racing at Singapore Nationals. In July, I also threw down some best times while on training camp in Korea. Going into this summer, I wasn’t in good terms with swimming. After taking a step back, eating some good food, and putting in more honest work into the pool,  I’m grateful to be heading back to school having found my love for swimming again.
